2024 Exhibitor Registration Form

If you are unsure who will be attending for your company/organisation please enter an example name to indicate numbers and allow for correct invoicing. You can update your rep information closer to the time by emailing patricia@cgdentscot.org.uk

CGDent Scotland will work with you to make the most of your Study Day participation. Gold Exhibitors will benefit from advertising in our event emails. All exhibitors have the opportunity to publicise event specific offers or packages to our delegates. These will be listed on our exhibitors page. You can advertise these further in our marketing emails to our mailing list.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Your stand is held on reserve until we receive your payment. Please make your payment no later than 31 August 2024. An invoice will be sent out to you shortly. Late payment may incur a small charge for administrative fees. In the event that you need to cancel attendance you will receive 75% of your payment if you advise us prior to 30 September 2024 and 50% if you cancel before 1 November 2024. Unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds after 1 November 2024 due to our venue hire contract agreement.

In the unfortunate event that the CGDent Scotland Study Day is cancelled we will endeavour to repay all exhibition stand fees minus 10% for event expenses or roll over your exhibition place for future years.

Stands will be allocated following payment.
